Program Manager, Data Governance

Job Summary

Program Manager, Data Governance, is a full-time position responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on data governance and program management excellence in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for business process and data governance transformation initiatives
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and adoption of governance practices

Required Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of data governance principles and compliance frameworks
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on governance initiatives
• Proven experience in global, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience preferred with data catalog platforms (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Atlan, Alation)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
