Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Program Management, Data Innovation and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives supporting data strategy, focusing on AI/ML, automation, and data governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer-centric requirements and ensure programs deliver business value
• Develop and standardize program delivery practices while mentoring a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in data or technology-focused environments
• Proven experience in delivering AI/ML, automation, or data transformation initiatives
• Strong leadership experience, including team management and performance development
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
