Job Summary

To lead Data Linkage Services for a federally funded research program, the full-time Program Manager - Data Services will manage resources, oversee secure data linkage activities, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership including planning, execution, and reporting for Data Linkage Services
• Manage resources and personnel to execute linkage activities and deliver contract deliverables
• Ensure compliance with federal privacy, security, and data governance standards while providing program performance updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, health services, economics, or related research fields
• Minimum of two years of experience managing projects
• Knowledge of federal procedures and standards for data security and management
• Technical background in technologies, network devices, hardware, and software
• Experience with CMS data and data linkage methodologies
