Job Summary

To lead the B2C and client digital engagement strategy, the remote Program Manager, Digital Engagement will develop and execute a comprehensive digital engagement framework, focusing on customer awareness, onboarding, and retention through personalized omnichannel experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a B2C digital engagement strategy aligned with customer engagement objectives
  • Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys to enhance onboarding, engagement, and loyalty
  • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure the impact of digital engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement, B2C digital marketing, or related fields
  • Experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in experimentation and performance optimization
  • Experience building cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
