Program Manager - DoD Security

Job Summary

Managing a dispersed team of Subject Matter Experts, the full-time Program Manager - DoD Security will oversee the program lifecycle for a Department of Defense initiative, ensuring compliance and delivering strategic direction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize, direct, and manage a team supporting U.S. government and partner nation capacity building efforts
• Oversee the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of activities and reports
• Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and collaborate with finance to manage costs and vendor requirements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or project/program management role with the Department of Defense (DoD)
• 5+ years of program management experience across all lifecycle phases
• Proven experience delivering federal services and managing contracts in complex DoD environments
• Familiarity with federal contracting processes and ITAR compliance
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
