Program Manager, Domain Enforcement

Job Summary

Leading strategy and operations for domain registration management and off-platform enforcement programs, the full-time Program Manager, Domain Enforcement will drive large-scale efforts to detect and remediate abuse, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable workflows and influence responses to evolving threats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap for domain registration management and off-platform enforcement programs
• Manage large-scale enforcement workflows, including domain takedowns and coordinated off-platform abuse response operations
• Evaluate tradeoffs between enforcement speed, legal risk, and operational capacity while tracking performance against enforcement SLAs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, trust and safety operations, or enforcement operations within a technology or legal environment
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving legal, policy, and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of domain name systems, domain abuse enforcement, or off-platform threat response programs
• Proven ability to define program strategy, set measurable goals, and track enforcement outcomes
• Experience communicating complex enforcement decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
