Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Program Manager - E-apply Team will drive engagement and customer acquisition initiatives, ensuring effective solutions and governance while working both onsite and remotely.

• Lead governance discussions and develop strategies for program communication and training
• Anticipate and mitigate program risks while managing multiple initiatives and priorities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multiple simultaneous initiatives and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and relevant software tools
• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively
• Experience in customer marketing technology ecosystems is preferred
