Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Research, Learning & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver educational programs and workshops for a national audience
• Oversee components of the annual national conference and manage program budgets
• Track program effectiveness through data analysis and serve as a liaison with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business management, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in program management or educational program delivery
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with LMS and Qualtrics is a plus
• A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
