Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and drive execution across multiple initiatives, pilots, and early-stage programs
Lead working sessions and ensure alignment and communication across teams
Support the development of workflows and help transition pilots into scalable programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
4-6+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or related field
Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through execution
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
Experience working in Jira or similar project management tools
