Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the internship and early-career recruiting programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates, interns, and host teams
- Lead end-to-end program operations including project planning, timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
- Measure and improve program performance by tracking data, analyzing feedback, and implementing actionable improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building or running early-career/internship programs
- Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end Emerging Talent programs with a focus on candidate and intern experiences
- Experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and program delivery
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively
- Experience in using data and feedback to drive measurable improvements in engagement and program outcomes
