Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the internship and early-career recruiting programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates, interns, and host teams
• Lead end-to-end program operations including project planning, timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
• Measure and improve program performance by tracking data, analyzing feedback, and implementing actionable improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building or running early-career/internship programs
• Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end Emerging Talent programs with a focus on candidate and intern experiences
• Experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and program delivery
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively
• Experience in using data and feedback to drive measurable improvements in engagement and program outcomes
