Program Manager - Employee Experience

Job Summary

Seeking a local candidate for the full-time Program Manager - Employee Experience position, who will manage employee feedback mechanisms, develop retention strategies, and oversee internal communications while working onsite in Stillwater, MN 1 to 2 days per week with hybrid flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Own the administration of employee engagement surveys and translate data into actionable insights for leadership
• Partner with executives to design transparent communications and maintain feedback channels between staff and leadership
• Design and manage recognition frameworks and high-impact cultural events to enhance employee engagement and employer branding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or public relations
• Proven ability to analyze engagement data and present insights to executive leadership
• Exceptional stakeholder management and coaching skills across a matrixed organization
• Demonstrated compatibility with the company's core values and mission
