Program Manager - Energy Efficiency

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Program Manager - Energy Efficiency, the remote-eligible position will manage Budderfly's Optimization Systems, including VPP, Energy Efficiency, and Battery programs, while analyzing performance data and enhancing customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze energy performance and program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and partners effectively
• Manage relationships with Utility and Energy Market partners, ensuring program success and coordination

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand response program management or a related field
• Understanding of Demand Response, VPP, and Energy Efficiency program management
• Experience with AI in the energy sector
• Professional certifications such as project management certification (PMP) are preferred
