Key Responsibilities

• Support in the planning, development, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and initiatives
• Manage Employee Resource Group programs
• Assess and advise on cultural due diligence best practices in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion related program management
• Experience working in a People Org or HR function
• Preferred experience across corporate business lines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
