Program Manager, Enterprise AI

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise AI team, the full-time remote Program Manager, Enterprise AI will oversee a unified delivery plan, track budgets and progress across multiple projects, and ensure accountability among project teams to accelerate AI initiatives with measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a unified delivery plan with clear milestones and dependencies across all Enterprise AI work
• Track budgets and provide early insights on cost, risk, and progress to leadership
• Ensure accountability among project managers and initiative leads while coordinating with supporting functions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or portfolios with multiple concurrent projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and delivery metrics
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
