Job Summary

Managing a high-volume engagement pipeline, the full-time remote Program Manager, Executive Insights will oversee the flow of customer readouts, ensuring timely completion and operational efficiency while providing leadership with accurate program health reports.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the engagement pipeline from intake to delivered readout, prioritizing tasks as set by the business
• Maintain real-time status updates on active engagements and identify potential risks to keep projects on track
• Report on program health, defining KPIs and ensuring data integrity in the system of record

Required qualifications

• Program and project management experience, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines or portfolios with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for tracking and reporting
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
