Program Manager Experience Insight

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Experience Insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strategic goals are met by driving project plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
• Create intuitive dashboards and workflows using Qualtrics, implement quality assurance standards, and manage program plans
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, resolve project issues, and document program outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of job-specific experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Expertise in Qualtrics, advanced understanding of Net Promoter Score System, and experience with Text Analytics Natural Language Processing
• Familiarity with data integration methodologies and architectural principles
• 3+ years of program management experience overseeing multiple complex projects
