Job Summary

Managing a large national client portfolio, the full-time remote Program Manager, Facilities Operations will lead strategic facilities management programs, ensuring successful execution of operational objectives and client satisfaction across approximately 70,000 locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage multiple cross-functional facilities management programs, ensuring operational objectives are met
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities across the facilities portfolio
  • Develop executive-level reporting and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PgMP, PMP, or similar project/program management certification preferred
  • Strong experience in Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with program management tools like Power BI and SharePoint
