Job Summary

Leading the execution of the WEXMAC 2.0 IDIQ contract, the full-time remote Program Manager - Federal Contracts will manage task order delivery, financial performance, and vendor partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end task order execution from solicitation through award and delivery
• Manage program P&L, revenue growth, and margin performance
• Establish rapid-response processes to meet compressed timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of program or operations management experience
• 5+ years managing federal IDIQ or task-order contracts
• Experience managing program financials or P&L
• Background in logistics or expeditionary operations
