Program Manager (Federal Systems)

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Program Manager (Federal Financial Systems) will oversee the modernization of financial and acquisition systems for a federal agency, ensuring successful migration to a cloud-based ERP solution while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of interface design and data conversion, managing the migration of legacy data to a secure, Azure-based SaaS environment
• Serve as the primary liaison between government leadership and technical teams, ensuring alignment and adherence to performance, quality, and schedule milestones in a complex Agile environment
• Define and execute the Program Management Plan, establishing resource controls and risk mitigation strategies for multiple implementation waves

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• At least 10 years of experience managing the implementation of CGI Momentum at a federal agency
• Minimum of 15 years of industry experience within Financial Management Systems, with expertise in federal accounting and acquisition regulations
• Extensive experience leading projects within a SAFe or Lean-Agile framework, utilizing tools like Jira or Agility
