Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, FDC - Build Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational planning, sequencing, and milestone tracking for fiber build strategy
• Maintain cross-functional alignment and communicate program insights to leadership
• Track project milestones and coordinate removal of blockers across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of telecom experience, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting, or construction
• Strong understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness
• Experience managing operational backlogs and high-volume work queues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and program tracking tools
