Program Manager, Fiber Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, FDC - Build Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational planning, sequencing, and milestone tracking for fiber deployment programs
• Maintain cross-functional alignment and communicate program insights to leadership and execution teams
• Track project milestones and coordinate the removal of blockers across engineering, permitting, and construction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of telecom experience, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting, or construction
• Strong understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness
• Experience managing operational backlogs and structuring execution paths
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and program tracking tools
