Job Summary

Owning structured programs end-to-end, the full-time salaried Program Manager Field Enablement will manage enablement requests, oversee change management initiatives, and ensure effective field communications in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Track and prioritize enablement requests, maintaining workplans and timelines across active programs
• Execute change management initiatives and coordinate training content to align with program milestones
• Develop and manage a transformation communications calendar, ensuring clear messaging to Community Managers and field staff

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in program and project management
• Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in developing communication strategies for diverse audiences
• Ability to track and analyze adoption metrics for program initiatives
• Familiarity with real estate or HOA management industry preferred
