Program Manager - Financial Systems

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness and performance of financial systems, the full-time remote Program Manager - Financial Systems will manage process improvement efforts focused on inbound customer payments and payment fraud, ensuring accurate processing and minimizing fraud risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional expertise in evaluating and developing financial systems while acting as a liaison to IT for system programming and coding
• Develop solutions to financial systems issues, implement new features, and ensure effective operation of financial modules with proper security measures
• Manage day-to-day work prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation for the team, ensuring client needs are met and projects are completed on time

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant experience; Agile Scrum Certification is a plus
• 5 to 7+ years of Project/Product Management experience with business and IT/Tech Development stakeholders
• Experience with Jira Project Management tool
• Strong interpersonal skills for cultivating relationships with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
