A company is looking for a Program Sr. Manager - Fleet Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional fleet programs from concept through pilot, scale, and steady state operations
• Design and operationalize scalable fleet service delivery models with defined workflows and performance metrics
• Manage senior stakeholders, aligning on scope, sequencing, investment, and success metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in leading complex programs
• Proven experience in managing programs from pilot to scaled execution in operationally complex environments
• Strong people leadership experience, including staffing and performance management
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with PMO platforms preferred
