Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Sr. Manager - Fleet Solutions (CMMS, Inventory & Network Enablement).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional fleet programs from concept through delivery and steady state operations
• Manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring system readiness and data integrity
• Design and operationalize scalable fleet service delivery models and drive clarity around roles and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of experience in fleet, field services, or operationally intensive environments
• Proven experience leading programs from pilot to network-wide scale
• Strong understanding of CMMS platforms and inventory management concepts
• Demonstrated ability to lead through major operational and system transitions
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
