Program Manager, FLEX

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, FLEX to coordinate and execute temporary labor programs across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the Vendor Management System and oversee the Flex program's daily operations
• Collaborate with OSR leadership to assess staffing needs and manage the hiring process for OSR associates
• Identify and resolve complex issues while managing special projects and enhancing operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related degree
• 4+ years of experience, preferably in an agency recruiting environment
• Strong proficiency with technology, especially Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Vendor Management, HR Management, and/or Applicant Tracking systems is preferred
• Knowledge of temporary labor staffing and recruiting processes is beneficial
