Program Manager for AI Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Train AI Data Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery for programs supporting a strategic client
• Oversee complex workstreams including annotation, labeling, and data operations
• Manage, mentor, and motivate staff while ensuring delivery KPIs and quality targets are met

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management in Machine Learning or Data Services
• BS or BA degree in a business or technology-related field preferred
• Experience working with hyperscale technology clients is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of AI/ML data operations and large-scale services delivery
• Proficiency with program management and analytics tools
