Job Summary
Managing large-scale client programs, the full-time salaried Program Manager for AI Services will oversee the delivery of services, maintain client relationships, and ensure quality and timeline requirements are met while mentoring staff in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery for programs supporting strategic clients
- Oversee complex workstreams including annotation, labeling, and data operations
- Implement governance frameworks and ensure delivery KPIs and quality targets are achieved
Required qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management in Machine Learning or Data Services
- BS or BA degree in a business or technology-related field preferred
- Experience with hyperscale technology clients

- Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau)
