Program Manager for Cluster Applications

Job Summary

Leading key engineering initiatives, the full-time hybrid Program Manager for Cluster Applications will manage program plans, oversee web/application development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Cluster tooling and content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and drive program plans while managing multiple projects and addressing shifting priorities
• Administer web services, integrating Cluster systems with web applications and optimizing user experiences
• Promote cross-team collaboration, effectively reporting project status and issues to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in web languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience with CI/CD automation and managing projects using collaborative platforms like JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with SQL and various reporting platforms, as well as web accessibility best practices
• Project Management education, PMP or equivalent certification/training is an asset
