Program Manager for Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Providing overall leadership and management for an Enterprise Zero Trust and Post-Quantum Compute Encryption program, the full-time Program Manager for Cybersecurity will coordinate resources, manage schedules and risks, and serve as the primary interface with VA stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program execution, ensuring accountability for cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and quality
• Develop and maintain the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), including program approach, timeline, and risk management
• Coordinate activities across HSM sustainment, Zero Trust, PQC modernization, and professional services

Required qualifications

• BS degree with 10+ years of program management experience in the federal space
• Demonstrated experience managing IT programs of comparable complexity, particularly in cybersecurity and cryptographic infrastructure
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and cybersecurity teams
• Proven track record of managing Federal customer relationships and technical deliverables
• Evidence of at least two prior comparable programs, including role, scope managed, and measurable outcomes
