Job Summary
Providing overall leadership and management for an Enterprise Zero Trust and Post-Quantum Compute Encryption program, the full-time Program Manager for Cybersecurity will coordinate resources, manage schedules and risks, and serve as the primary interface with VA stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead program execution, ensuring accountability for cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and quality
- Develop and maintain the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), including program approach, timeline, and risk management
- Coordinate activities across HSM sustainment, Zero Trust, PQC modernization, and professional services
Required qualifications
- BS degree with 10+ years of program management experience in the federal space
- Demonstrated experience managing IT programs of comparable complexity, particularly in cybersecurity and cryptographic infrastructure
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and cybersecurity teams
- Proven track record of managing Federal customer relationships and technical deliverables
- Evidence of at least two prior comparable programs, including role, scope managed, and measurable outcomes
