Program Manager for Data Migration

Job Summary

Leading a critical initiative in a multi-year transformation, the remote Contract Program Manager for Data Migration will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data migration from legacy platforms to modern solutions like Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of workstreams within the global data platform migration
• Translate program objectives into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading data or technology initiatives in large, complex, global organizations
• Proven experience in delivering data migrations using Azure, Snowflake, and/or Databricks
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies and enterprise data architectures
• Experience coordinating global, multi-region teams in matrixed environments
• Proficiency with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence
