Job Summary
Managing the global EBC program, the full-time Program Manager for EBC will oversee BriefingSource administration, drive reporting and analytics, and implement AI-enabled workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the EBC reporting and analytics engine, ensuring data assurance and leadership-ready insights
- Own BriefingSource administration and reporting workflows, including issue resolution and vendor management
- Collaborate with Sales Operations teams to enhance dashboards and improve integration quality
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Direct experience with BriefingSource administration and Salesforce reporting
- Strong understanding of reporting logic, metrics definitions, and operational reporting practices
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive issues to resolution
