Program Manager for Elevated Risk Care
Job Summary
To support the design and management of an Elevated Risk Care Management Pilot, the full-time remote Program Manager for Elevated Risk Care will oversee program lifecycle phases, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and develop actionable plans to enhance suicide prevention care for Veterans at elevated risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive program and project management across all phases of the ERCM Pilot, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
- Coordinate implementation of the pilot across selected sites, facilitating onboarding, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Support the development and execution of the pilot evaluation framework, monitoring performance and translating findings into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant healthcare experience applicable to the responsibilities described
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with at least six years of experience in a large organization or government agency
- Preferred experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other large federal healthcare systems
