A company is looking for a Field Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deliver, measure, and sustain structured enablement programs for GTM teams
• Manage multi-faceted projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes
• Facilitate meetings and deliver training while using KPIs to track program efficacy

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Sales/Field Enablement, or related leadership roles
• Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Proven track record in program development, management, and delivery
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
