Job Summary
Driving growth and operational execution for major dealership groups, the full-time remote Program Manager for Fleet Operations will manage enterprise accounts, utilize data to inform strategy, and automate workflows for scalable results.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise dealer groups to exceed target goals through proactive outreach and strategic planning
- Deploy structured outreach initiatives to enhance executive-level engagement and drive platform adoption across dealership groups
- Utilize data reporting tools to track performance and present customized market insights to dealer decision-makers
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise account management, inside sales, or corporate dealership operations
- Proficiency in Google Suite / MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems using CRM systems and internal tools
- Experience in identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing automated reporting solutions
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present to C-suite executives and internal stakeholders
