Program Manager for Fraud Analytics

Job Summary

To lead the delivery of a large-scale federal fraud analytics and investigative support program, the remote Program Manager for Fraud Analytics will manage agile teams, oversee project execution, and serve as the primary interface with Government leadership while ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and managerial interface between the Contractor and Government stakeholders
• Lead day-to-day execution of the fraud analytics program using Agile project management methodologies
• Manage program cost, schedule, staffing, risk, quality, and contract deliverables to achieve project objectives

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing Agile projects delivering fraud analytics or investigative support solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing programs supporting advanced analytic and investigative services of similar size and complexity
• Experience leading complex fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement analytic initiatives in federal environments
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams delivering advanced analytics and data-driven solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management
