Program Manager for Generosity University

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Program Manager for Generosity University, the successful candidate will lead the execution of Gen U's roadmap, drive towards a $1M annual sales goal, and activate a backlog of church leads while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap and execution of Generosity University, partnering with product management and engineering teams
• Drive towards the 2026 stretch goal of $1M in annualized subscription sales, focusing on activation rates
• Design and implement a clear subscription pricing model and create necessary training and prospect-facing materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in program or product management with experience in revenue-linked KPIs
• Proven ability to systematize and scale founder-led products or programs
• Experience working directly with engineers on project scope and delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a faith-based context
• Alignment with Overflow's mission, values, and culture
