Program Manager for Lab Systems
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee a global Windows 11 migration program for lab systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and rollout of Windows 11 upgrades for validated lab and instrument PCs
- Work within GxP/GMP/CSV guidelines to drive validation packages and ensure documentation for lab system upgrades
- Interface with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations regarding upgrade timelines and impacts
Required Qualifications
- Experience upgrading validated lab systems, particularly instrument-connected PCs and OT endpoints
- Strong knowledge of GxP/CSV/QA documentation requirements
- Proven ability to manage large modernization programs across multiple sites
- Background in pharma/biotech or manufacturing
- Technical familiarity with Windows imaging and endpoint management tools
