Program Manager for Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Linguistic Validation).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of account-specific programs, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and quality
• Manage the Project Management team, conducting performance reviews and mentoring team members
• Monitor project financials and identify opportunities for account growth while ensuring adherence to budgets

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college/university degree in Business, Linguistics, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• More than five years of experience coordinating complex projects in the localization or translation industry
• Minimum six years of customer service/account management experience, with at least five years in the translation industry
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, minimum of four years
• PMP Certification and fluency in at least one foreign language are a plus
