Program Manager for Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Linguistic Validation).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of account-specific programs, ensuring adherence to profitability, client satisfaction, and quality targets
• Build and manage the Project Management team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring proper training and development
• Monitor project financials, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with client requirements and commercial expectations

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Linguistics, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Over five years of experience in project management within the localization or translation industry, preferably in Life Sciences or Linguistic Validation
• Minimum of six years in customer service/account management, with at least five years in the translation industry
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience of at least four years
• Advanced computing skills, including experience with translation management systems and CAT tools; PMP Certification is a plus
