Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the remote contract Program Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions will manage key projects, collaborate with executive leaders, and oversee program governance while working during CST business hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with executive leaders and technical stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals
- Facilitates program governance, including project manager meetings and risk resolution sessions
- Oversees program-level Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), managing scope, schedule, and financial tracking
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing key strategic projects
- Proven experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture project management
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification or Six Sigma
- Experience managing program budgets exceeding $1 million
