Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Practice Accelerator Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the National Practice Accelerator program, ensuring strategy, design, execution, and performance oversight
• Lead the design and evolution of scalable communications and resources to help practices meet NPA standards
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the NPA and across advisor teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services with a focus on practice management strategies
• Experience in creating and executing new programming across an organization
• Ability to identify and analyze trends in advisor practice management and succession planning
• Proven ability to manage complex strategies while maintaining high service standards
