Job Summary

To support a growing political initiative, the remote Program Manager for Neighborhood Captains will build and manage the distributed Neighborhood Captains program, overseeing volunteer recruitment and training while ensuring effective digital infrastructure and data tracking across hundreds of county parties.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the distributed Neighborhood Captains program end-to-end, scaling it across hundreds of county parties nationwide
• Directly manage a program deputy responsible for training and the volunteer experience
• Design and maintain the program's digital infrastructure, including onboarding flows and communication systems

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in political candidate campaigns, focusing on digital and volunteer management roles
• Strong data fluency and technological proficiency, with the ability to interpret outreach metrics and troubleshoot applications
• Experience managing staff in a campaign environment
• Familiarity with county Democratic party operations and volunteer experiences
• Ability to thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines in a campaign environment
