Program Manager for Philanthropy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for Workato Cares.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the launch and evolution of global philanthropy and social impact initiatives
• Build and nurture partnerships with nonprofits and internal teams to enhance community engagement
• Develop a reporting framework to measure impact and program success against defined goals

Required Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in corporate philanthropy or the nonprofit sector
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field
• Genuine passion for social impact and belief in technology's role in creating opportunities
• Ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate results
