Job Summary
A company is looking for a Top Customer Program Manager 2 to drive strategy and operational improvements in customer experience and credit support.
Key Responsibilities
- Influence strategy and organize work across multiple teams to ensure clear plans and milestones
- Advocate for customer experience improvements by analyzing feedback and identifying pain points
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in program management and/or project management
- 3-5+ years in customer experience or operations roles with cross-functional scope

- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to adapt to new approaches
- Passion for enhancing customer experiences and high-touch service delivery
