Program Manager, Global Workforce Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the global workforce strategy workstream, the part-time contract Program Manager, Global Workforce Strategy will manage project scopes, build comprehensive cost-benefit analyses, and drive cross-functional alignment among People, Legal, Finance, and business leaders while working remotely for 20-30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global workforce strategy workstream end to end, including planning, milestones, risks, and status reporting
• Build comprehensive cost-benefit analyses for contractor-to-EOR conversions and new EOR implementations across international markets
• Drive cross-functional alignment, surfacing tradeoffs and facilitating decision-making among senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management with experience in international workforce or global HR operations initiatives
• Hands-on experience with EOR platforms, contractor engagement models, and establishing legal entities in new markets
• Working knowledge of worker classification, payroll and employment tax, and statutory requirements
• Direct experience with LATAM and UK markets
• Strong financial modeling skills to build cost comparisons across models and markets
