Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Governance to lead program governance and delivery oversight for cloud migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage program governance frameworks for cloud migration initiatives
• Oversee technical program management activities, including scope control and risk management
• Drive financial governance, including budget tracking and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Governance Lead in cloud or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of cloud migration lifecycles and governance models
• Experience working in client-facing roles with distributed delivery teams
• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Experience with financial governance and cloud cost oversight
