Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for their GSA Weapon Systems Support department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage program performance, addressing shortfalls and negative trends
  • Manage agency-level relationship and act as primary point of contact for DLA and other agencies
  • Manage new programs, ensuring smooth processes, staff and equipment additions, and addressing potential issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of supply chain experience and 3 years of managerial experience
  • Excellent negotiating skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Self-driven and proactive in resolving challenges
  • Forward-thinking individual who uses critical thinking to improve processes
  • Adaptable to working early morning hours
