Program Manager, GTM Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale global programs that improve the productivity and effectiveness of their GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own GTM enablement programs from design through rollout, including planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, execution, and measurement
• Support existing programs such as GTM Onboarding and GTM SKO with logistics, content management, and measurement
• Translate product, marketing, and GTM priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable enablement for various GTM personas

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Enablement or adjacent GTM roles
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform businesses with complex go-to-market models
• A strong program operator who can lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to adoption
• Experienced in leading and supporting GTM rollouts across global regions and segments
• Technically curious and savvy, with strong product instincts to understand new concepts
