Program Manager - Health Plan

Job Summary

To support the Complaints & Grievances operation, the full-time remote Program Manager - Health Plan will develop, implement, and evaluate strategic initiatives while managing system functionality and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage programs and projects related to Complaints & Grievances operations and regulatory compliance
• Serve as the business owner for C&G-related systems, ensuring effective functionality for various operational activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver effective solutions

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in health administration or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable
• A minimum of five to seven years of applicable experience in healthcare delivery is required
• Three years of experience in healthcare insurance preferred
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
